Refund policy

We want you to love your Formulation products. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
